- Both Classic and Sport fit most adults (ages 11+) within a 43–56 cm head circumference. The Sport offers a slightly more streamlined shape for performance/lap swimmers.
- For larger heads or voluminous hairstyles, the XL (51–61 cm) is ideal
- The Kids size (38–49 cm) provides a secure fit for younger swimmers.
Simply measure around your head where the cap will sit, and pick the size that best matches your measurements.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, gently hand wash your item with a mild detergent in cool water.
Hang it up to dry completely, ensuring it retains its shape and quality for long-lasting use.
